Chocolate bark – also make wit white or coloured chocolate
Melt some food quality chocolate, spread on silicone paper, sprinkle on crushed up candy canes for Christmas colours and peppermint flavour. Alternately use sprinkles or coconut, or whatever fits the theme of the day.
